Bought tickets last minute; seating was terrible but that was our fault. Gambling in bathroom, constant talking behind us. Very small seats. Will support the Artist regardless; if they rebook we will go again wearing gym shoes and t-shirts. Chicken strips were nice but not classy ;-)

Disliked: I was disappointed at how the graduates of University of Phoenix were treated and the disabled members of the graduates as well as my sister in law. She fell because they did not have the handicapped section open and now she is having bad neck pain and back pain. Had to take her to the doctors and get her on pain medicine and then we had a graduate on crutches and she was LEFT standing for over 45 minutes and then she was the last to walk to get her scroll. What a disappointmnet and then we were not even given any water or drinks or even a chair to sit down on until we entered the arena. Poor planning and making us pay was wrong - they could have given us water at least, that is not really expensive. I wonder how you may treat a rock star, do they get royal treatment because they make money for you and even though we rented the arena for our graduatiuon, we should have been given a memory not a sad moment. Poor JOB!

The coliseum was easy to get to from where we stayed (Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Charlotte Southeast). It was in a good location to the freeway. The building was clean and the ladies room was tidy. Great parking for the handicapped. I enjoyed my activities in the coliseum.
