I guess it's 50/50.

Liked: Literally in downtown charlotte. The rooms were immaculate. They might have been redone but everything was clean and new.
Disliked: After checking in customer service was absolutely rude. And the bartender totally ignored my friend when he went downstairs to grab a drink.

Overall, the day was pretty...

Liked: Nice restaurants nearby within walking distance
Disliked: Did not enjoy having to pay $30 a night just to park my vehicle in the parking garage. For as much as I paid for the room for five nights parking should have been included.

Magnificent building

Liked: Convenient to leave vehicle parked and walk to my destination,staff was real friendly and courteous with my questions and concerns.Will be visiting that hotel in near future
Disliked: The vehicle was tight parking in garage but it was ok.first time there was little confusion on what floor to park to eliminate less walking

Liked: The Bistro and Bar are a nice addition. We had an issue with the Parking garage maybe more explanation regarding parking would be helpful.
Disliked: Parking garage was very crowded unfortunately we parked in a reserved spot unknowling.
