We had Deluxe VIP tickets for a show that started at 8pm. Deluxe VIP meet and greet started at 5. We arrived at 3:30, and there were already ticket holders in line. We lined up at the back of the line and waited. Two older gentlemen from the venue came out and stirred up the crowd, and walked people here, and there. There was no organization. Not to mention that it was 90 degrees plus outside, and by the time they were done, we were smashed like sardines. We waited an additional hour and a half crowded near the door, just waiting. We had more organization lined up on our own before the venue personnel came outside. Horrible, horrible, horrible......

Disliked: No organization for lined up ticket holders.
