Disappointed in Marriott

Liked: The location to our venue was good.
Disliked: Everything else. The accommodations were meger. There were no TV remotes, no kleenex, and things were broken or hanging off the walls. No internet. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and still couldn't get internet. They tranferr3d me to the IT help desk who wanted to do all this troubleshooting, which I didn't have time to do. There were hooks missing in the shower but the hardware was still on the wall. There was no linens for the sofa sleeper or pillows. We had to track someone down to get that. Linens should already be in the room. It was not a nice stay. We bypassed the breakfast as it was not worth $25.00 per person. There were stains on the furniture and the refrigerator was dirty.

Disliked: Ice machine was broken on the 11th floor. Our sliding bathroom door came off track, but housekeeping must have fixed it while we were at our conference.

Overpriced old hotel

Liked: Overpriced downtown hotel with $45 valet parking. Breakfast was extra. Beds were okay. Rooms were dated, old dirty carpets. Loud noise was heard every time someone flush the toilet. Overpriced restaurant in the hotel.Will not stay here again.

We were there for a...

Liked: I liked the updated and modern feel of the hotel. The walk-in shower was great and had excellent water pressure.
Disliked: We didn't like that the room fridge lacked a freezer and that the room did not come with a microwave. Also, having to pay for WiFi and parking on top of the room cost was not ideal.
