Liked: Breakfast was normal offerings for a hotel. However there could be more attention paid to cleaning off tables and wiping up around the buffet and the coffee area.

Disliked: The breakfast sucked and the bed was uncomfortable , lack of parking

Liked: The staff were really helpful and polite. The hotel had some toiletries which was helpful as my bag had been lost by the airline. The room was really spacious and had all the facilities you would need.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit was really loud and I had to decide between not having it on and being hot and sweaty in bed or having it on and being woken up through the night

Liked: Decent breakfast, clean facilities, and friendly front desk staff. They also stored my luggage for me after I checked out, so I was able to explore Columbus without carrying my stuff.
