Stayed there a few days in a suite to go to a concert. Staff was very friendly; valet parking was expensive, along with the restaurant on the top floor but overall I would stay there again.
Liked: Room was nice and big TV.
Disliked: The couch was terrible.

Disliked: Took me a bit to write this review as I wanted to convey my experience effectively and concisely. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had for one of the more expensive per night stays I’ve booked. We had no choice but to stay at the hotel due to influx of people going to concert and I felt like the hotel recognized this sticking us with a room that was not clean and a staff that was apathetic. There was no other place to stay bc there was a sold out concert resulting in no vacancies in the surrounding area. The employees/management clearly recognized this and I feel they took advantage of the situation. We drove from SC to Ohio and were 700 miles from home with no options to change hotels (no vacancies)or change rooms (full capacity). I requested a manager call the room to discuss issues but no one ever called me. I went to desk to speak to manager and no one was available. Another message was to be left for this “ghost” manager that NEVER reached out to me. Very disorganized or uncaring? Staff poorly trained.Poor communication/no communication.Room unclean with candy wrappers and tooth picks around base of bed/under sofa. Dirty fridge with salad dressing and lettuce in fridge. Clearly not cleaned. Shower had hand prints on glass door and hair on stall wall. Remote control was sticky-greasy.Am I required to give keys to valet or can I park myself? I was told I HAD to allow valet to park and so I did then I was told that I COULD park car myself the next day only to be told by valet attendant AGAIN that it wasn’t allowed. ??? So who knows? I certainly don’t. I never actually found out the REAL answer.We had a place to shower stay warm, and to sleep. But honestly, we were so concerned aboutIt the lack of cleanliness that we were reluctant to touch things and therefore had little to no comfort/relaxation while there. At least 2 staffers failed us by not returning our requests to be contacted regarding the issues.

Superb
