I would definitely attend another concert at this location. We had meet and greet tickets that we were to pick up at the box office to obtain information about the time of the meet and greet. We started calling the box office at noon to ask for information/availability of our meet and greet packages. The woman answering the phone did not have that information and told us to call back. We called back at 2 and still no information. We stopped by the box office at 3 and still nothing. We tried to call from 4-5:30 and kept getting voicemail. Finally at 5:30 the woman answered the phone and told us our package was there and the meet and greet would be at 6:45 at the merch table. She did not tell us that there is a separate door for meet and greet so we thought we were going to have to stand in line with the general public. Luckily we found someone who told us there is a separate door and we found a bar right next door to grab a drink while we waited for doors to open at 6:30. Once inside the venue we didn't have any problems. The venue was crowded but the beer lines and restroom lines were manageable.
Liked: Beer prices were more reasonable than other venues.
Disliked: The Will Call Office staff was neither friendly nor helpful.
I have been here for summer shows when it was called LC Pavilion. I don't know if there was a change in management, but this was the first time I had a problem. The staff needs to be retrained!
Liked: I love the city of Columbus and I love the band (OAR) that I drove there to see.
Disliked: I was extremely disappointed with how the staff handled the way everyone was admitted to the venue. Basically, my friends and I were the first ones to arrive, but it didn't matter to the staff. They allowed everyone who had alcohol to form a new waiting area, at which they were also smoking. By the time doors were about to open, most of that crowd was drunk, loud, and pushing their way to the front. The staff did nothing. One girl actually said that our nice, civil line didn't matter because all the doors would open at once.
Disliked: Horrible to maneuver through. Zero visibility from most of the venue. Get there early or don't bother.
Not too big, not too small. Literally perfect.
Liked: The best venue I have ever been to. Couldn't have hand picked a better one.
Disliked: Nothing negative about it.
Nice venue; easy in and out.

Walk the Moon rocked! Great venue!
Liked: Not a bad place to view concert. Small and intimate feel.

Within walking distance of the hotel and restaurants.
Liked: Great venue for a summer concert.
Liked: The show.
Disliked: It was insanely hot out and they were charging almost $5 for water bottles. During the concert I saw three people pass out and one throw up from the heat. If the LC Pavilion is going to put on outdoor shows in the middle of July on an asphalt parking lot with no shade, water needs to be a necessity. Maybe they could charge a few extra dollars for the tickets then provide free water bottles for all concert goers. The line to get in was incredibly long as well, as we were basically standing on the side of the highway for 2 hours in the heat with cars speeding by. It was poor planning on the venue's part and extremely dangerous for the patrons of this concert.
Liked: One of my favorite venues - haven't seen a bad show here yet!
Liked: Loved it - definitely want to come back!
