Sonesta Columbus Downtown

Excellent staff. Customer service was a priority. Had a very pleasurable stay. Property was close to the venue.

Disliked: No wash cloths in room; ice machine was out of order on our floor; restaurant in the hotel was under staffed and over priced.

Had a great stay here. The hotel was easy to get to and the staff was very accommodating. We loved the location and being able to walk around downtown. The hotel also had great accommodation if you wanted to stay in.

Liked: Staff; parking; convenience; style.
Disliked: Nothing.

Room dirty; toilet and sink broken; parking cost $21.00; coffee machine in room broke. Door key would not work; check in took 2 hours. Service not good; I will never go back.

It was very nice and clean. It was within walking distance to everything but had a complimentary shuttle if you didn't want to walk.

Gorgeous place! Staff was very helpful - even guided me in on the phone when my GPS didn't work. Clean room, comfortable bed, alarm clock slightly difficult to figure out. Nice fitness room. Parking deck accessible by closed walkway is a plus. Located right next to very cool arts/shopping/restaurant district.

The staff was knowledgable and the location was great. It was right where we needed to be. And I felt safe staying there. I wish they would've had parking available without extra cost since I paid for a nice room at a nice hotel. We parked in a garage on the next block because it was cheaper than the valet.
