Liked: The property was beautiful
Disliked: The amount of cops and sirens and the fact the fire alarm kept going off

I won’t choose this hotel...

Liked: I liked the room we chose. The Guild House restaurant so close to the hotel is an added benefit.
Disliked: The location and our room facing High Street made it extremely loud from racing cars, to motor cycles and emergency vehicles too. The band playing below was extremely loud too. The fire alarm going off at 4 am left little to be desired also. It was a false alarm.

Comfort and fun in one...

Liked: This was my second stay in the Joseph and I love it. The hotel is beautiful, modern, smells so good. The room is super clean and comfortable, the snacks are delicious and the staff is very pleasant. And the location is great, close to downtown but in a much better area where you can walk around and experience many cool shops, cafes and restaurants. All perfect.
Disliked: The bar in the hotel could be a little bigger and better service. But that is just if I am being really picky.

Liked: The Hotel, rooms, staff and location. Everything was perfect and wonderful
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

As a person who requires...

Liked: Staff, especially Ean at front desk, is exceptional. He became my shadow assisting me when the Wheelchair Company failed to deliver a power wheelchair that worked. The restaurant is excellent, as is the location but I would return simply to see the staff again.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: We specifically only dealt with the front desk and the doorman, but they were so kind and nice. The doorman were exceptionally pleasant and greeting us every day.

Enjoyed our stay - would...

Liked: Loved the decor of the hotel as well as the room. Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Location was convenient for we spent our days at the convention center.
Disliked: We didn’t care for how the bathroom was set just inside the living area. Felt like you didn’t have privacy when in the bathroom. No fan and could hear everything happening inside the bathroom.
