Great place. Close to everything downtown.

Disliked: I like it cold in the room and the thermostat had limited adjustment.

Very nice and clean. Super friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. Only suggestion, being so close to the Nationwide Arena and hosting guests going to concerts, you'd think they would staff accordingly. Only one bartender on duty after the concert let out. After waiting 18 minutes, decided a drink was not that important, and was not the only one to leave bar empty handed. Also, only had one worker at Starbucks in the morning, again, why not staff accordingly?

Went to Columbus for a concert at Newport Music Hall. Someone in our group has stayed at Hyatt before, so we chose them. A little more expensive than other places, but better online reviews - that reflected my stay at Hyatt. Clean, classy, comfortable. Will stay again in the future!

Disliked: Staff could have been a little nicer.

Disliked: The only thing that I can complain about is I am a tea drinker and there was only one regular teabag in the room.

We only stayed one night, but we were very impressed with how the room was set up. The TV was facing the window, not up against someone's wall. The bed was well into the room and we heard virtually no noise from the hallway. All the staff we encountered, from the valet to the check-in representative to the staff walking around doing their jobs were all cheerful and helpful.

Liked: Room; check-in experience; courtesy and helpfulness of staff.
Disliked: Limited menu in the restaurant and bar area.

Overall I had a great time! The location of the hotel is amazing!!! We were able to walk to our restaurant as well as the Piano Bar! Best stay I've had in a long, long time! thank you!

Liked: I was about 2 hours early and was able to get into the junior suite portion of the room to decorate and set up!
