Unhelpful clerk, old spring mattress,...
Disliked: When I arrived, I tried to pay with my business credit card. The card reader asked for my PIN (which I don't have) and when I asked the desk clerk to run it as "credit" not "debit" he acted as if he had never heard of such a thing. He kept telling me "ENTER YOUR PIN" and I kept repeating "There isn't a PIN, it's a business credit card not a personal debit card." He then said "Well I don't know what to tell you" and walked away. Honestly, I have used this card for 3 years at numerous establishments. Never once have I had this issue. Beyond that, I was frustrated with his complete lack of willingness to help. It was clear that I was bothering him simply by being a customer. I finally just used my personal credit card and that ran through without a problem. Without a doubt the hotel seemed empty. Yet, I seemed to be put in the smallest room available whose window looked directly into a concrete wall/building. I certainly didn't expect a rooftop room with a city view, but this room was not the most enjoyable. It was almost claustrophobic. Then I had to call down and request a television remote, as the room didn't have one. The bed itself was one of the old spring mattresses, was squeaky and uncomfortable. One last concern I had related to the parking. It is actually a block away, in an open lot, with no evening attendant. I felt really uncomfortable leaving my car there and even more uncomfortable needing to walk to it in the middle of the night to get my phone charger. I can confidently say that I would never stay at this hotel again. The overall customer service experience was poor and the room quality was not enough to make up for it. (Oh yea, and Wifi isn't free- it was $6.95 a day)

Disliked: I wouldn't have booked a room there if I'd known that the bar and restaurant were CLOSED !! Ridiculous ! For that much money, I expect much more.

Liked: I did like the fact that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel√Ę‚?¨‚?Ęs decor was very elegant.
Disliked: I didn√Ę‚?¨‚?Ęt not like the fact that out of my window it was only old brick and ventilation units as the view. The room windows in this area were always facing each other which took away some privacy.
