We had a good time on our 49th anniversary. We came home with more cash than we brought. The hotel is impecably nice and clean! We were there before, and also came home with cash. Thank you!
Liked: All good!

There was a cocktail waitress that was very friendly and had a memory that was fantastic. Her name was Tammy - wow, what a lady.
Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Didn't make any money.

We attended the Charo concert @ Lucky Eagle Casino in April 2010. We were assured by the host at the Prime Rib & Steakhouse that we would be able to be served dinner after the concert. We signed in with him after the concert & he said he'd call us. We went to the restroom & returned shortly (about 10 min. later), sitting on the bench directly across from the restaurant for an HOUR. The host told us when we approached him we had missed the operating hours of the restaurant & couldn't be served. He said he had called us & we missed it. We disagreed, but there was no recourse. However, some members of the show were served food from the steakhouse in the (closed) buffet area at the same time. We really had no recourse & did not get a proper meal. As for the concert, it was great, but the ambience & comfort of the venue were not ideal, though adequate.
Liked: Casino draws good entertainment
Disliked: Rude treatment by staff
