Liked: Layne is the best front desk host! He made the check in process so easy and seamless. I will definitely book my stay here again just because of him!

Disliked: my shower was clogged with hair

Seems to have gone downhill.

Liked: Miki H working the bistro was amazing. We really enjoyed her service and caring attitude.
Disliked: Hotel had no red wine, limited food options and seemed to be out of many items. Seems poorly ran. Just an empty body wash in the room.

Over all it was pleasant.

Liked: Staff was very friendly
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable and toilet was leaking water around it.
