Ramada by Wyndham Olympia

Location, parking, staff, room and bed - all just fine. The breakfast, though offering many things, seemed heavy on sugary things.

Liked: Everything but the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Sweet things seemed to dominate the breakfast menu.

Disliked: The A/C did not work in the room. The next morning, I asked the front desk for maintenance to come to the room and try to fix it. We left the room and came back later that evening. The temp in the room was 93. I went to the front desk again. They put us in a new room. Unfortunately, the elevators were out of service. The ice machines on the 3rd and 4th floors were broke. Only the ice machine on the first floor was available. This was in the hall that was being remodeled.

I would stay again and...

Liked: Clean and convenient
Disliked: The pillows were all overstuffed and terribly uncomfortable

Disliked: Elevator doesn’t work. Smoke and dust everywhere. Forget room service.

Poor maintenance, go somewhere else

Liked: Front desk worker was pleasant
Disliked: Hot tub was closed, one of 2 elevators inoperable, 100s of ceiling tiles were missing exposing wires, most ice machines were not working, waffle iron inoperable, ceiling tiles in lobby missing with 4 or 5 buckets catching dripping water (no it hadnt rained in days), main floor restrooms closed with signage. Extremely poor maintenance. We came to celebrate my granddaugjhters 9th birthday and the hot tub and waffles/buffet breakfast were a big part of our decision to celebrate at Ramada.

Disappointing

Liked: The pool was nice and everything was clean. The free breakfast was good and coffee in the lobby all day.
Disliked: The hotel was in remodel. The bathrooms in the lobby were out of order, the hot tub was down for maintenance, and there were random holes in the ceiling. We also booked the double king suite with the kitchen and due to remodel had to move to a double queen with no kitchen. There was no coffee maker in the room. The beds were too firm and my husbands back was sore the whole trip.
