Location, parking, staff, room and bed - all just fine. The breakfast, though offering many things, seemed heavy on sugary things.

Liked: Everything but the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Sweet things seemed to dominate the breakfast menu.

Liked: Room and bathroom were huge! Breakfast had a decent spread. Bed was comfortable and spacious, pillows were ok too

Liked: Breakfast was good. Pool is amazing as always. Staff is friendly and caring. Property is safe location.
Disliked: Property has fallen into disrepair. I have enjoyed staying here many times and I am now heartbroken at it's state. Faucets are too hard to use. Water damage throughout the room. Rugs torn. Elevator buttons are missing..Makes me very sad. I will most likely be looking for another place to stay after this. So many happy memories, now a bad one.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Got good sleep.
Disliked: Middle of the week stay in April, not at all busy but we were given a room with a window that had concrete wall in front of it (Room 224). This was not a cheap stay. Since it was just one night, we decided not to ask for a change of room. The breakfast is such a disappointment - lacking in variety and quality.

Liked: Very good but some patrons took massive amounts of food eg sausages, leaving none for anyone else
Disliked: The bathroom tap was a nightmare. Had to ask reception how to use it. It required me using both hands, putting my fingers underneath it and pulling it up to turn it on. The toilet cistern kept running more times than not and I had to spend some time trying to shut it off. People were noisy in the corridor, even at midnight and at one stage, 0200 in the morning!
