In between Seattle and Portland

Liked: I loved this hotel. Comfortable room, spacious lobby, clean, very nice breakfast, great location right off the interstate, friendly staff. The town is pleasant and walkable.

Would confirm some things as...

Liked: The staff was gracious but I would have liked to have been given the internet information at check in. Returning to the room on the first day I found that the phone was still disconnected (I had called the night before from my cell phone to advise the front desk that the phone wasn't plugged in); the room had not been cleaned, bed unmade, no new towels, coffee not replaced. I didn't know if housekeeping wasn't offered so my room had been skipped. Responded to first survey with this info; received immediate response with offer of apology, new towels and some additional bonus points (don't know yet if they have been applied or not); didn't down grade because this may have been a "one off". Would stay again but confirm that I will receive internet info at check in and maid service is done daily. Breakfast was good. Staff was courteous.
