Why do people pay so...

Liked: I can appreciate all the history and the "oh look, it's like I'm staying in a 1910s flophouse!" vibe, but...I would've been more comfortable at the local Motel6.
Disliked: Floors and walls seem to be all original (meaning the walls are thin and the hall speaks when anyone walks down it).Shared bathrooms that always seemed to be occupied.Freight train running all night.Can hear every door slamming shut. Can hear the theater and bar downstairs.On top of all that, WiFi was unusably slow.

It was OK.

Liked: Location good. Beds were comfortable.. Sink in room. No window. No bathroom in room. It was not enough for the money, which was not outrageous but I thought it was high.
Disliked: High high stairs. No window. No private bath.

Liked: Niche property. With a cool vibe.
Disliked: Hours of front desk are not very long make sure you check in before they close.

Liked: Excellent breakfast with great service in a little nook by the snooker tables
Disliked: Beds are decent, but a king over a queen bed would be a great option . . . the rooms are small, but we'd give up floor space for more bed space
