Great hotel all the way...

Liked: Staff was fantastic. Rooms were great with complimentary hygiene products (including toothpaste and tooth brush.) Wi fi was good. Breakfast was solid for a hotel Hot Breakgast. Coffe was always avail in lobby
Disliked: I wish they would have hand soap in the bedrooms. The elevator was very slow

Liked: Friendly staff. Everything very clean and functional. Pretty good for BW breakfast. Room was large. My small dog was welcomed and was comfortable. Which made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
Disliked: Some road noise. No easy or good spot for dog to go potty.

Liked: I liked that the hotel was right off the main highway and was easy to get to. The breakfast they serve is decent. The morning staff is way more friendlier than the afternoon and evening staff. They have easy access to a lot of restaurants.
Disliked: The first intersection when you get off the highway to get to the hotel is a little tricky, but has no bearing on our stay here. The beds were really hard. They only have 1 elevator. The pool was really cold. The towels in the pool area weren't stocked. Almost every time we wanted to talk to someone at the front desk they were nowhere to be found. We checked in between 5 and 6 I believe and I had to phone someone to come check us in. We also had to put a sign out on the door to have our room restocked - we don't travel a ton so maybe that's a new thing.
