Great venue; highly recommend; 5 stars.
Liked: Kane Brown, Tyler Hubbard and Parmalee all put on a great show - 5 stars.
Disliked: Uber to the show and walked back to the hotel was a bit sketchy but doable.

I've been to three concerts in the new Amway Arena in Orlando, and I have enjoyed all three. The staff is very friendly even though dealing with large numbers of people. Like any arena, pick your seats carefully since it is mainly designed for basketball with concerts as a secondary market. Use their web site to pick the view in relation to the stage and you won't be disappointed - you'll at least know if you'll be looking sideways from your seat for the concert.
Liked: Courteous staff; well organized entry/exit; convenient location.
Disliked: It's an arena - sound is always a challenge for a concert.
