Motel 6-Orlando FL - Winter Park

It was bad before I got to the door of the room. Was asked smoking or non smoking room and requested a non smoking room. The door had damage done to it and when I got the door opened the room and beds were trashed and was hit with the strong smell of smoke. When I went back to the desk she did not sound surprised at all. I even checked in after the scheduled check in time. I even woke up very early so I could leave earlier. Stay away.

Disliked: No microwave, no refrigerator, but there are cockroaches. It's smoky and noisy.

Disliked: Eveeything was fanastic no complaints here

Got what we paid for

Liked: The location was convenient to the stadium, and I like that a 7-11 was next door. I appreciated that it was a pet friendly place.
Disliked: The bathroom smelled like pee, and the floor in the whole room was dirty. There was no TV remote and the TV was on the whole night. There was no one at the desk to check out, and because of the area, I had real concerns just leaving the key. The approved pet area was not clearly marked, but all of the places that weren't had signs.

Liked: Nothing. This place is disgusting and highly suspicious
Disliked: There were roaches in our room. We found multiple. The key card did not work, had to contine to go to front desk to have them use a machine to open the door. Room smelled like smoke and there was mold in the shower. Went to front desk to request a refund and they refused. Absolutely would not stay here, it was gross. Went to stay at another hotel and will dispute the charges with my CC company if the hotel or booking.com doesnt do the right thing and refund me.

Disliked: The property itself I did not like the pool was dirty and worst of all there’s bed bugs

Disliked: I had a long trip from Virginia to Orlando, Florida...room 117 was assigned to my husband and I...Roaches crawling on the walls, the dressers, back of the TV, on the floors, in the bed, everywhere, big ones, pregnant ones, baby roaches...I went to Walmart and got roach spray...I emptied the can and had to go back for another can...I informed the staff and they informed me that they could not move me into another room until the next morning...at this point I stayed up all night and never got any sleep...the next morning I had to move all my stuff to another room upstairs where the door key would not work...I went back and forth to the office like 5 times trying to get into the room...and still roaches...when we left I had to empty out 2 suitcases and all my bags to make sure that I had no roaches to carry with me to my home....horrible experience.
