Embassy Suites By Hilton Hotel Orlando-Downtown

Room had the stench of urine. It was so strong we immediately walked out. They gave us another room that smelled musty but we coped. Toliet ran all night. They must have plumbing issues.

Liked: Close to bars and clubs.
Disliked: Foul odors.

It was walking distance to the venue. Large suite with 2 double beds and a sleep sofa in the sitting area. Near Lake Eola, which is nice for walking/running. They had a restaurant, but menus weren't visible - the kids ate there and said it was good. There were also many restaurants within walking distance, and it seemed to be a safe area. I enjoyed my stay here.

Liked: Complimentary happy hour and cooked-to-order breakfast; friendly staff; atrium lobby.
Disliked: Valet parking only (for almost $30); had to park in garage across the street ($5).

Liked: I really enjoyed my first time staying at this Hotel I can say I will and am going to see myself always staying there and yes I will recommend family and friends to also come there.
Disliked: The housekeeper staff was not friendly when asked for large trash bags I do understand some of them do not understand the English language and I didn't understand their language as well so when asked I pointed out the larger trash bag to be disappointed with a stern no or just a walk away. I like to keep my room clean and tidy because I have work in my pass of work life as a housekeeper and sometimes the guests will treat you very mean by leaving the room in a mess but not me So I hope that maybe there can be some training put in place for the staff to be able to be able to communicate better with guests.

Great stay in Orlando

Liked: rooms were spacious and well equipped. the parking was convenient. the lobby was comfortable. the complimentary breakfast was excellent. the fitness center was bright and well equipped with lots of windows.

Comfortable Stay In Downtown Orlando

Liked: Clean and close to nice downtown eateries as well at the Walt Disney Theater
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre Bed was extremely squeaky

Liked: Breakfast was great so was the complimentary drink at night. We had a suite and it very comfortable and cozy!
Disliked: That there are only 2 lifts!
