On the whole the hotel was pretty good. Rooms were fairly clean (need a little more cleaning of the corners of the bathrooms). Because of construction around the area it was very hard to find the entrance to the hotel. The hotel should put out some signs telling one how to get to the front of the hotel. Breakfast was decent but overpriced, paying $30.00 plus tip for breakfast for 2 is entirely too much. This is my review and I'm sticking to it.
Liked: It was close to where we needed to attend the wedding. Staff was OK but not super friendly - a little aloof. Really liked that I could call and have my car at the entrance when it was needed.
Disliked: Although the valet guys were great I think it's ridiculous to have to pay for parking at a place were you are already paying to stay. You also need to put in Tempur-Pedic beds.

I booked two rooms for my daughters and myself. We were attending the ballet Saturday evening and wanted a nice hotel close to the venue. When we got back from the Firebird Ballet my daughter's room was filled with smoke. Apparently their room was next to the service room and some of the staff had been smoking in that service room and the air duct directed it into their room. We asked for another room. We were given a room on a floor where a loud party was going on! The front desk was very unhelpful. Manager said they were trying to keep "that kind of thing" under control. Apparently this is not the first time staff was smoking and probably not the last. I am in negotiation now with my credit card provider. I will not pay for these rooms and the service we got. It really did upset us and put a damper on the whole weekend. Unhappy customer .
Disliked: I will never stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel again.

Stylish as higher priced hotels I've stayed. Much of decor looks cheap though. They could probably charge more if they retrained their staff.
Liked: Valet?
Disliked: No mini bar; hard matress.

Liked: Great front desk, bar staff, beds, TV. Offered a free concert shuttle.
Disliked: Balcony doors locked for insurance liability.

Prepaid for a suite and they gave away my room, and it was my 1 year anniversary. Then it took them till 2:30 the next day to put me in a suite, which had no towels or wash cloths - they told me they would comp the night they gave me the wrong room which they did not, and they are far from a 4 star hotel - more like half a star. I travel for a living and by far the worst place I ever stayed - if I had not pre paid I would have clearly went elsewhere. Would never recommend them.
