Good location, very nice and...

Liked: The lobby was large and clean. Breakfast was included, which was good. It also had an on site restaurant in the evening and a 24 hour mini shop which sold drinks and snacks. Walking distance to the Mall at Millennia.
Disliked: The cleaners never came, unless I asked for my room to be cleaned at reception - very odd! Became rather irritating after a while - we stayed 10 nights.

Liked: The location of the hotel was very awesome love the pool staff was very good breakfast was good just a little crowded but it was smooth
Disliked: What I didn't like it took two days for housekeeping came to our room until I called the front desk asking why no one haven't come in to clean the rooms

Hidden budget gem.

Liked: You literally cannot beat the location or the price. We were looking for a hotel near Universal, and most hotels around were expensive for the quality. I can’t believe we found this hotel AND it was exceptional in value. Only about 13 minutes or so from the parks, and there were tons of stores and town centers near by. Not to mention it was also in a pretty affluent area, so the vibe of the place was really luxurious.
Disliked: This wasn’t really an issue that I had, more just a little nitpick, but even though the breakfast was good I wish there was more consistency between the days since the breakfast would have something I loved one day but then they wouldn’t have it the next day. Like they had this EXCEPTIONAL crumb cake for breakfast the first day we arrived and then didn’t have it for the other two days of our stay. :( Other than that, everything was absolutely amazing.
