The hotel was very convenient to the new Amway Center; though it is about a four block walk it was still preferable to the traffic. For the Bob Carr Center, it's right across the street. I would definitely stay here again for a concert and recommend the Sheraton to others attending concerts.

Disliked: This hotel is outdated. The room smelled like pinesol and cigarettes. The door to the bathroom seemed warped and I got stuck in the bathroom. I needed help to get the door open. The bathroom door also didn't even completely cover the opening. No privacy. Bed was hard.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean and well maintained. We attended a concert at the Kia Center and we could walk with no need to move our car. Will definitely book this hotel in the future. Breakfast was over average, we liked it. I recommend this hotel.
