Everything was good; workers were very helpful and friendly. The bad thing was: 6x4 bag, not even my phone fit, so I think they should allow CLEAR BAGS no bigger than 14x16.

I've been to three concerts in the new Amway Arena in Orlando, and I have enjoyed all three. The staff is very friendly even though dealing with large numbers of people. Like any arena, pick your seats carefully since it is mainly designed for basketball with concerts as a secondary market. Use their web site to pick the view in relation to the stage and you won't be disappointed - you'll at least know if you'll be looking sideways from your seat for the concert.

Liked: Courteous staff; well organized entry/exit; convenient location.
Disliked: It's an arena - sound is always a challenge for a concert.

Wish there had been more taxis there. We ended up walking to our hotel - quite a hike.

Liked: Great building; great concert (Pink Floyd).
