We enjoyed it! From arriving...
Liked: Staff is super attentive! From us checking in , leaving & coming back. There is a starbucks across the street, super convenient! Downstairs you have a bar, breakfast & dinner services. Facility was super clean. You will have a few places that are walking distance! If you don’t feel like driving out, download grubhub! The hotel covers the delivery fee!! The Valet TOP TIER, I advise everyone to use the mobile ordering service to retrieve your vehicle, they verify your name before handing off the keys- so that puts your mind at great ease!! :)

Great stay
Liked: Loved the professionalism of all staff and great hospitality. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower was hot and Ac got nice and cold. Restaurant food was delicious. As I was there for business I valued a great night sleep and my floor was absolutely silent.
Disliked: Not really a dislike, but couldn't understand why the laundry facilities were in the gym.

Disappointing in all aspects.
Liked: 1) Breakfast staff was friendly, but they ran out of the (low quality) food every single day. 2) Location is okay, if you want to stay downtown.
Disliked: Terrible hotel.1) We were charged incorrectly for the security deposit, and still have not been reimbursed; 2) There was an incident in which fire alarm went off all night, guests from two floors had to change rooms at 1 AM, unprepared and untrained staff members were overwhelmed, and management did not bother to show up;3) The second room we were put in had bedbugs, compensation that was promised for the night has not been given;4) 500 USD went missing from my wallet after the room was cleaned, hotel did not bother to respond, and continues to skirt the issue;5) Upkeep is also subpar, as the AC was loud, bathroom light went on automatically and took 10 minutes to go off; curtains had holes in them.

Superb!
Liked: John Gatarz and Tynesia Frazier, both at the front desk, are outstanding service agents. Both went above and beyond to meet our expectations, always insuring we were happy and very comfortable. I look forward to seeing both again soon!
