Comfy bed and spacious room

Liked: You can tell the hotel is either brand new or newly renovated, so it was very clean and modern, and the bed was so comfy! The location is also fantastic as it's 5 mins walk from lake eola
Disliked: The staff at checkout told me I paid via booking.com, which I know for a fact I didn't, so she insisted I ask for my receipt to booking and not to the hotel directly

Wonderful stay

Liked: The staff were amazing!! Everyone was so sweet and inviting and very accommodating of your requests. My fiancé and I were on a business/pleasure trip and enjoyed our accommodations tremendously. And would consider coming again!!The restaurant and bar area were the heart of the lobby and there were plenty of comfy places to sit and watch the TV or chat with your loved ones. Felt like home. The breakfast bar (on the second floor) had a wide variety of selections and plenty of space for everyone to safely distance from one another. Including an outside area. The only advise I can give here is to make sure you come well before 9 in the morning especially if you intend to eat more of the warm things. On our last day we got so wrapped up in packing that we didn?t realize the time and it was 15 minutes before they closed. They had already taken the hot beverage station away and the oatmeal wasn?t even cooked all the way. Other than that we had breakfast there every morning and it was delicious and worth staying for.We also during our exploration got to see the pool (Top 8th floor). Even though we didn?t swim I noticed that the pool was no more than 4? tall. So for kids that is ideal in my mind they can walk across the entire pool. It would put me at ease if I had my children with me. It also had a chair for those people who have knee problems and can?t go down the stairs. We also checked out the gym area before hitting the pool and it?s the biggest gym I have ever seen in a hotel. Lots of different machines. Treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical, plenty of free weights and stretching machines. Didn?t bring any work out clothes but those treadmills were calling my name. They looked to be good quality with a TV attached. This is also where their laundry facilities were for the guests. We had a minor leak in the kitchenette sink and by the time I left to go find lunch and come back (within an hour) they had it fixed and we were on our way.
Disliked: Not knowing it was ?valet parking only? (with a parking fee for each day) until hours of arriving. I feel that should have been advertised better. Plus, my fiancé and I are not used to being waited on either, it felt awkward. When booking it?s not readily explained that they collect a fee up front for ?incidentals?. We had not anticipated that. It was refundable in the end. But didn?t like finding it out as an after thought. It should be advertised better. The room was right next to main road. There were people racing (literally) up the street most nights with loud engines (At no fault of the hotels) but most of the time it was acceptable. So for those of you who don?t do well with hard mattresses. I highly suggested you purchase a mattress topper if you plan on staying more than one night. Now I may be the exception to this given my body is still healing from a car accident. And sleeping in general is painful. I?m telling you for awareness sake, the beds are not very giving. So if you are sensitive to that either ask if they have an accommodation for it or bring your own mattress topper. And lastly, the bathroom has a barn door styled door which is aesthetically pleasing. However, as a sound barrier not so good. Either install a louder fan that could be turned on when you need to use the facilities or put a door on that actually shuts the sound out. It?s bad enough to have to go number 2 in such a confined space. But when everyone in the room can hear you. It?s 10 times worse.
