My parents and I were at Isle of Capri - while using the machines they had electrical problems. When we asked if we could get credit for money that we put in machine and could not get out, they said no. The wait time for a rep to come around and give back our money was over a hour. Needless to say we have not been back due to this issue. They need to work on their customer service and procedures on what to do when this happens in the future.

Disliked: Customer Service needs improvement when electric problems occur.
