Liked: The hotel was very clean, and the front desk reception was very kind and welcoming to my family. I definitely will be using location again.
Disliked: It was across from cemetery, but the hotel itself was still great, so it's not a big deal.

Wasn’t one of my better...

Liked: Convenient location and I usually like Holiday Inn express for the comfortable beds. This bed was not so comfortable though.
Disliked: At the moment I walked in the lobby I was overwhelmed by the smell of air freshener or cleaner, which followed us all the way up to the room, keeping me awake most of the night. It was so strong.

It was a nice stay...

Liked: Ramona was excellent she she upsold the members program and made sure we were taken care of. She apologied several times about the key program not working. She was super helpful. Her Customer service was A1
Disliked: I'd like to see a little more variety in the breakfast meats. But overall was very decent
