Disappointed

Disliked: The stale smell still odor in our room was unwelcoming and it left a lingering odor on all of our clothing. Also, the swimming pool hours are ridiculous. They close at 9:30 when most people don’t even get back from there from day until nine or 930 and there’s no place to decompress in the hot tub because it’s locked and they would push they pushed you out

Liked: I loved the breakfast, Thé place smelled so nice and clean. Thé lady that checked us in was so professional and kind .
Disliked: I disliked that I called the front desk from the phone in the room at least 4 times with no answer then I called on my phone and they immediately answered . The room next to us or acRoss from us had children knocking on our door all night , running up and down the hall Thé place was amazing but they did nothing about the kids making all that noise . My daughter couldn’t rest properly for her game Thé next morning . Other than that it was an amazing place !
