The Hotel and Casino was BEAUTIFUL. I attended Bret Michaels concert at The Grand Ballroom - it was well organized and I enjoyed the concert. If you want to have a good time with EXCELLENT service, go to The Golden Nugget in Lake Charles LA.

Liked: Casino is beautiful; staff was so helpful and customer service is outstanding.
Disliked: Nothing at all.
