Liked: Coffee was cold and the food was luke warm but tasty. I heated my coffee in the microwave in my room.
Disliked: Coffee not in thermoses.

Please but not please

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: When we were going to bed, it had long hair on the sheets and I had to change the sheets on the bed. The next morning when I checked out I told the front desk clerk about it, she apologized and then said " with so many rooms, some are going to be missed". WOW 10 years ago I worked as a supervisor for Hampton Inn for over 12 years and I know for a fact that's unacceptable. I was planning on staying there again in the near future because we have family in Louisiana and Westlake. I hope, if we should return to your property, I hope it doesn't turn out to be another bad experience.

Short getaway trip

Liked: I thought the location was good. It was pretty centrally located and near fast food restaurants.
Disliked: Well the first thing that happened upon our arrival was the bed sheets had something black on one corner and the sheets were not put on correctly. They were upside down so we changed the sheets and put them on correctly which put the stain on the feet area of the bed. The a/c was one that came on about every 10 minutes or so but it was so loud that you could not hear the TV over the sound of it and since it came on often it was a battle between being able to hear the TV over the sound of the a/c. Other than that it was a good stay.
