Bad

Liked: The hotel didn’t have any clean towels at all. We had to go to Walmart and purchase our own towels. The staff and management was very rude and charged me 3 times for one room after they cancelled my reservation
Disliked: The staff were rude and there were no towels at all in the rooms

Overall, hotel was great, casino...

Disliked: No valet m & tues. no free drink stations and got offered drink. One time in two days.

Pleasant

Liked: Everything was great. Food was expensive. Room, bed, and staff were great.
Disliked: Water in the shower never got hot, not even luke warm. We were very displeased with that.

Perfect overnight on our road...

Liked: Perfect layout for our family with older kids! The front desk was so nice and accommodating to give us connecting rooms- one with a balcony! It was a fun spot to stop and gamble for a bit.
Disliked: The parking and check-in situation is confusing. Valet parking was closed and the lot was full so we ended up in the garage. It was a long walk with our luggage back to the front of the casino to check-in. If valet was open that would’ve solved our issues.
