Liked: Nothing. Staff & managers are so rude. It’s not a friendly place for family
Disliked: Staff & managers don’t let my 10-year-old son go to the restaurant or swimming pool with very rude attitude.

Won’t be back.

Liked: Front desk ladies were very professional and kind.
Disliked: Not enough tables open. Restaurants too spread out and needs to be easily accessible. They aren’t. Room was very humid inside. Towels were hard and felt old. Parking garage was not easy to access. Big joke!!!

Disliked: Could use more staff,had to wait to check in ,no hair dryer in the room

Not really impressed

Liked: The bell and valet service was not good. There were 10 cars waiting for valet and bell services. The hotel only had one valet person and they would not let you use the luggage carts but didn't have any bell hops to assist you. Pretty sad. Self parking is not located close to the lobby/hotel elevators which is very inconvenient when you have no valet service and have to take your own luggage to the room. There were things in the room that were not clean. The ice container still had water in it from previous guests.
Disliked: I did like the fact that my room was not clean to expectation especially since it is advertised as "newly renovated". I don't think I will stay there in the future. There are too many casino/hotels to choose from.
