Overall very satisfied.

Liked: Lots of options of things to do on site
Disliked: 3rd floor “balcony” was on roof line and the privacy/security concern of someone being able to walk the roof and climb over the railing to get into any of the rooms.

Liked: Convenient to access restaurants and venue. Shops open late. Rims and bathrooms were large. View was beautiful.
Disliked: Didn’t seem like it was as well kept up for the extremely high price I paid. Had to call about AC not cooling. Bedsheets had holes in them. Vending machines were broken on all floors of Gold Tower except bottom level.

Disliked: Was on the 7th floor ice machine didn't work, house keeper didn't clean room good still had empty water bottles on tables and trash from the night before,and tub wasn't clean. Staff on the Beach was rude,my husband was sitting out there before I came and the staff real didn't acknowledge him at the table but focused the people at the bar who was drunk when I arrived she was telling a lady an child they couldn't bring outside drinks and I called her over to get another drink for my husband you could tell she didn't want to she didn't come back to check on us ,so 30 minutes later i wanted something to eat and get another drink for my husband we had to go to the bar I see her the whole time back there with another staff she didn't acknowledge us either when this older white couple came up with a friend they went to that couples table and got that order and kept checking on them when they finished eating they gave your staff the trash and the trash can was right behind them I felt that was rude of the man he could have turned and threw it away I said it was karma I started laughing and she looked at me I said I'm leaving my trash on the table for to clean it up but my husband threw it away .It was my Anniversary I didn't have a good time.
