Liked: That it had a bed in the room to sleep.I had a fairly dece at breakfast
Disliked: This is the only hotel That I have ever been to where it charges you a fifty dollar fee Four incidentals We checked in And the elevator broke forty five minutes after checking And the staff really didn't seem like they wanted To be bothered With getting anybody out there to fix it on Saturday.They didn't even put a notice that it was broken Till sunday morning at check out time. The room I was staying in week. We couldn't get the room any colder, then 71°. No matter what we did, it would not get any cooler.So above me and my girlfriend because of the way the hotel issociated roasted our butts off in the room All in all, it's a nice hotel.I just personally think they need to get their c*** together.Stop trying to charge more for extras and Have people At the?Ready to be able to fix things And most importantly have your counter people Speak loud enough where people can hear you.The night girl you Could barely hear what she was saying And the girl that was on At the time I was checking out you Two girls That were so soft spoken that you couldn't hear anything unprofessional As I said before, would I stay at this property again? Yes, the owner just needs to get his c*** together.

Liked: Everything was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful with whatever we needed. The pool was amazing. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. Definitely going back with the kids next time.

Disliked: I didn't like when the termites came in the room. They were bad outside by the pool only to go to my room and some were in there. They were also in the stairwell crawling on the wall a line of them from the light to the wall socket/plug
