Perfect for concert!

Great Venue!

Enjoyed seeing Jeff Dunham in this new venue.
Liked: Convenient shuttle service from downtown (though I understand this may only be temporary).
Disliked: Seating seemed geared mainly for sporting events. Only so so for concert or shows like Jeff Dunham which we saw.

The performance (Andrea Bocelli) was fabulous and the view and sound were excellent, even though we were on the second level. The staff at the arena were smiling and friendly, and the place is new and very clean. On the negative side, from what we saw, the restroom (ladies) was way too small with a very long line. Maybe there were other restrooms that were less crowded, but there was no information about them. The parking is not ready for prime time. There are no marked spaces and at the end all the cars were funneled into one unmarked lane to exit, which took forever. The line for the shuttle to downtown was even worse. They really need to figure out how to manage exiting, since everyone leaves at the same time!

Disliked: Parking lots and restrooms.

Beautiful venue and great for concerts!
Liked: Not a bad seat anywhere; staff was great.
Disliked: No parking as of yet and the ride share area after the show is very hard to get your pick up.
