Liked: The inn is gorgeous and the central location made walking to the entire historic district quite doable. The hosts were so kind and accommodating (I have rheumatoid arthritis)…Patty and Suzy and Phil made me feel as if I was visiting dear friends. The wonderful breakfasts varied from day to day and were absolutely outstanding.
Disliked: One of the few times in my traveling experience with no negatives at all.

Beautiful place would definitely recommend!

Liked: The inn is beautiful and so well maintained, the breakfast was amazing. The owners and staff are wonderful and so helpful and knowledgeable.
Disliked: A way to make the room a little darker for sleeping, the lights from the window. The bed in our room the Madison is very comfortable but very tall difficult for short or older people to manage. There are little steps but it was a little difficult.

It was adequate

Liked: The breakfast was nice and the dining room was lovely. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We had to walk up approximately 50 stairs to get to our room. Today's breakfast had salmon in the eggs which was an unique choice since not everyone likes fish in their eggs. It was advertised that there would be wine and appetizers but the first day only a small bowl of nuts was offered. There was no coffee in the room or a refrigerator. There was no thermostat in the room so we were cold all night

Excellent

Liked: We stayed two nights and both breakfasts were fabulous. It was hard going up and down the stairs--a little uncertain about their service elevator. Their hospitality was wonderful. They went out of their way for us.
Disliked: They needed better hotel grade pillow. Ours were very flat and not that comfortable, but that was absolutely the only little complain.

The Inn is exceptional and...

Liked: The service was wonderful. Everything was of very high quality and care.
Disliked: The only thing that could have been better is a pillow. I almost recommended Casper pillows to them.

Everything we could hope for...

Liked: The host were wonderful and so helpful. The breakfast was amazing with fruit and Peach french toast served one day. Our room was comfortable and quiet with everything you could need.
Disliked: Nothing
