Not happy with this stay
Liked: Close to restaurants location was good ! Bed was comfortable .
Disliked: Valet suele expensive , room has flies I saw something when I first get there but I did want to believe room has little flies , went to bed when I woke up move towel it was a lot of them flying I took video ,could not believe it . Also I brought snacks to put refrigerator and was not working either not stay here again , I though Marriott's hotels where suppose to be clean , also weir on the set up bed is not in front of the tv the sofa cama was it was uncortable watching tv since it little further and you have to have you neck twist to the left , not comfortable ..

Very nice!
Liked: Very clean and modern hotel, very comfortable and close to the historical district. 12 minutes walking to everything. Very nice staff. Nice pool, room were big enough for all 4

Disliked: The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows sucked our door wouldn’t close all the way unless you hold the door handle

Nice location for a Savannah...
Liked: Great location, easy walking distance to most of the downtown sites. Had some issues with the tv, had to call the front desk twice, but the second time, Andre can and fixed it. He did a wonderful job.
Disliked: Would have like to know about the valet parking fee upfront. $40.00 a day, but you can come and go unlimited times.

Poor staffing and attitudes.
Liked: Very good location and facilities and rooms all great. Good bar tender.
Disliked: Zero recognition as a titanium elite member. Staff showed no recognition and generally seemed incompetent. For example, was unable to explain what rewards were received as an elite Bonvoy member. Subsequently incapable of producing an accurate invoice and took half an hour to try to rectify the issue. Our request for 2 queens was not satisfied and no upgrade given despite status. Overall, the poor staff training and attitudes left us with a very poor impression of this hotel to which we won't be returning.
