Liked: Nothing was good.
Disliked: After I checked in, I went to the room and could just push open the door, the lock didn't work. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund and the front desk attendant called her boss. Her boss said that he would not give me a refund but would put me in a different room. I went to the Savannah Civic Center as I didn't have time to fix the issue. On the way to the Civic Center our Uber driver let us know that there was a shooting there last Saturday. It is an awful neighborhood. There are grown men lingering in the hallways from a construction site. I'm guessing, ready to flirt or pounce on any woman that walks through the door. Do not stay at this hotel!

Liked: Front desk staff was very professional and prompt with service.
Disliked: The advertised pool was permanently closed. Room had notes left by previous guests when we arrived that were overlooked by housekeeping. Shoutout to Stacy and Mark wherever you are now, I feel like we know you. No housekeeping service during the entirety of our stay, beds weren’t made, no fresh towels.

Dried up human feces in...

Liked: I didn't like it
Disliked: It was not clean at all the toilet in our room had some past guests human feces in it . And you could tell it was there awhile it was dried up. We took pictures and still waiting for a refund that the manager promised me.

Wasn't a bad stay. Not...

Liked: The stay was well. Clean and our room was very conveniently close to the exit and to our car. Staff was friendly. It's located Right next door to Walgreens and other places if you needed to go anywhere. We got in kinda late, so we sprayed and wiped everything down in the room, (a must if you stay ANYWHERE) got cleaned up and ready for bed. It was comfortable enough. I could stay again if i needed to. Breakfast was coffee, muffins, donuts and cereal. The staff was friendly
Disliked: Side note: The photo online is what the office building looks like when you drive up, but the rooms are in the back, the buildings to the left of the photo. They're not connected to the office...The toilet didn't work, the coffee pot was dirty (however, i cleaned it) still didn't drink the coffee because the creamer and sugar packs were old. I didn't feel comfortable. At 1st, the TV didn't work, but after turning it on and off a few times, it worked just perfect. Mom tried to use the blow dryer but it stopped working after about 1 min. It may have gotten to hot. The room was kinda dim unless you opened the curtain. It's brighter tho near the door and bathroom. Pool isn't opened at the moment

Liked: Location was not right off the highway. They charged extra for my service dog. The place had cockroaches and was filthy! I asked for a refund from booking.com but got nothing!!
Disliked: All of it.
