Comfortable hotel. friendly staff. walking...

Liked: Room had a comfortable bed with high quality and soft sheets, comforter. large TV and stocked fridge. We were on second floor at patio level. Didn't care for having people sitting right outside our window. Location was good for walking all around the historic area and river street. Concierge was helpful in setting us up with a private carriage ride that was lovely.
Disliked: Didn't like having a room with patio & pool outside my room. Breakfast menu was not great. No pancakes or waffles so not sure what you would order for kids.

Not worth the price-too noisy...

Liked: Location good, near the river and entire historic district. Room spacious and clean, appreciate the free snacks, including the s’mores kit.
Disliked: If you like to sleep at night, not a great choice of hotel. We checked in late because of traveling. Room on second floor, facing towards town, opposite side of river - bar played loud music until 2am. Upon checking in, person at reception said our room on the quiet side. Would have to pay more to get a room on the other side. Next morning, after terrible night sleep, decided to check if hotel was actually full. Found same room for almost $100 less. New person at reception gave us a credit or said we could move w/out getting credit. Too much trouble to move for one more night-another without sleep. Staff in restaurant not friendly or interested in taking my order. Concierge was friendly and helpful.

Stylish hotel in an excellent...

Liked: Centrally located, modern style, friendly staff with lovely rooms. The free snacks and drinks were very welcome.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: So close to many restaurants, shops, coffee.
Disliked: Really nothing I didn’t like.

Disliked: In my opinion, not worth the money, very basic room, not the cleanest. I’ve stayed in cheaper places that were a lot nicer. The location is all your paying for
