l Course is in very poor condition. From the driving range to the tee boxes to the fairways. Mowed weeds and potholes. Good location .

l We saw Lyle Lovett and the Large band. The staff is a bit disorganized but a beautiful location. Good food and lovely people in the Avila Beach area.
