Considering the amount of money...

Liked: Did not have the breakfast.
Disliked: We reserved four rooms for our large family and expected a level of service and accommodation consistent with the premium rates we paid. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of that expectation.To begin with, we were checked in significantly later than the standard time, causing undue stress and disruption to our plans.When we were finally able to access our rooms, the quality and condition of the accommodations were sub-par, particularly for the price point. One of the rooms—specifically the Finley room—had a front door that slammed shut every time it was used, and the bathroom door was broken, compromising privacy and convenience.We were also told that we would receive a late check-out to accommodate the delayed check-in, but this was never honored or communicated properly to your staff. This added further inconvenience to what was already a frustrating experience.

It was the perfect getaway;

Liked: The staff was very helpful and kind. The pool and spa were the perfect way to relax in the California sun right next to the beach. Everything was walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect.

Sweet 16 birthday gift for...

Liked: Room accommodation, ocean view, access to beach.
Disliked: We only stayed overnight, within that time all service and accommodations were 4.5 stars

Over all great stayed. Loved...

Liked: Wait staff was wonderful. A little short staffed but they worked their tails off.
Disliked: I didn’t like the music starting at 7 every morning. Our rooms were on the inside pool area and we liked leaving our door open for the ocean sound but when 7am rolled around we’d have to get up and shut the door. Kinda ruined sleeping in in the morning.
