Disliked: I understand check-in is at 4 pm. We arrived at 8:00 am due to having to check out from the other hotel we had to stay at. We were hopeful we would be able to check in at an earlier time to settle in. Unfortunately, We were put on a wait list to check in early, which was fine. The part that was upsetting was I continuously checked in every so often to see if the room was ready, and I was always told no. We sat in the waiting area of the lobby hotel, hoping we would get called to check in before 4:00 pm, but I did not. I went and checked at the desk again, this time the lady radioed housekeeping to see if the room was ready. In front of me, as the front desk was asking, housekeeping said no not yet, we decided to start at the top. I guess after hearing that, I would have hoped if they can decide that, then they could have decided to ask for accommodations for the room to be cleaned at an earlier time. I did not receive a text until around 3:45pm to be able to go to the room.

Disliked: Pool area was a joke. Took me 35 min to get bread……. Oh kitchen was backed up FOR BREAD! Our room had some loud noises that woke us up at 5;30am so we had to switch rooms

Disliked: I didn't like that the pool was really below standard , expected more from the pictures and then the staff at the resturant were rude
