Liked: It was peaceful Is he to get anywhere, fast as well
Disliked: The bathtub/shower was too hard to get in and out of. I had ankle surgery and my husband had to help me be safe getting in and out of the tub it's too far of a stretch to get your leg over and the tub is very very slippery.

Liked: The beauty and tranquility of the hotel was a surprise being so close to the hustle and bustle of Avila beach. It felt like we were far away and secluded. But we were only 2 minutes from Avila beach. Additionally, having the Avila Beach Athletic club as part of the property was another surprise. The girls enjoyed a spa day while me and my buddy played golf. We are planning to return soon, but next time we will be in my Ferrari.
Disliked: My only request, add USB connection in the room. There were none.

Liked: The property was rustic and quaint.
Disliked: The room was dated and there were marks on the walls and furniture was very dated.

Liked: Very beautiful room w/ nice comfortable bed and chairs. Lovely bathroom as well.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there were no meal provided or pool/spas available. For the price, I would have thought there would have been something for our stay. Very nice place and loved the location.

Liked: It was fresh-coffee was great and location was perfect-just a short walk down the path from our toom
Disliked: We were told our room was not dog friendly but when we got there we saw people coming out of their room with a dog…we were also told that the bikes had to be reserved but then were told they were first come first serve after waiting for an hour we were able to take the bikes out!Your conceirge was very apologetic and gave us a bottle of wine for the mixup and we thought that was excellent customer service. I work in hospitality and that simple gesture turned the whole experience around for a positive outcome
