I would definitely be back. The concert hall was spacious, conference rooms and exhibition hall was easy to navigate.
Liked: Spacious; beautiful; service/staff.
Disliked: None.

Someone from this venue should come to Minneapolis and go to the State Theatre. The State allows people to bring drinks and water into the show. I've been there 5 times in the last 12 months - I've never seen anyone intoxicated and do spills. Maybe the KC folks rock a little harder than Minneapolis.

Disliked: Not enough bartenders.

Attended the Joe Bonamassa concert. Thoroughly enjoyed the concert. Joe Bonamassa rocked! We were in the balcony and could see everything that happened on stage. Beautiful old theatre. Always glad to see old, beautiful buildings being saved and used, instead of being torn down to be replaced by concrete and steel.
Liked: Great seats and great sound.
Disliked: Stage needs work.
