My family and I did not enjoy our stay at the Sheraton of Crown Center. After taxes and fees, our room cost $350 for one night. Two queen beds, and the room was very small. It seems to me that the high prices are to help the hotel pay for the opulent decor in the lobby. Additionally, our toilet was clogged when we arrived, and overflowed after we used it the first time. We called maintenance, and they came quick enough to unclog it (he was a very nice guy, by the way). When he finished, there was water all over the floor, and he went and retrieved a bath towel for us to clean up with. No mop, no offer to clean it up for us. In our experience, this hotel is WAY TOO PRICEY to offer such basic service and amenities. We won't be visiting here again. Please understand that, in writing this review, we are not upset/mad. We're just very disappointed with getting such low-quality service at such a high price.

Liked: Location very near the concert venue.
Disliked: The price. $350 for a small room and a barely-working AC. Not anywhere close to a good deal on this hotel.

This as an all around great experience. They upgraded us to a club level room for our anniversary weekend - 38th floor overlooking downtown. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We couldn't ask for a better hotel!

A group of us came up to Kansas City for Rockfest and after a long day of ROCKIN OUT it was so nice to crash at such a nice hotel. Very clean, comfortable and has a killer view of the city.

Disliked: Parking is a bit expensive!

Liked: The beds/pillows were very comfortable! The view of downtown KC was very nice. It was convenient to walk from the concert venue (Crossroads KC at Grinders) as well.
Disliked: It would have been convenient to have had an expedited check out option.

Second stay here. Like the location. Clean, comfortable beds, roomy bath, nice view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not happy with the added charge for parking and internet service. This was not the case with our first stay here.
