Excellent location, near theatres and Power and Light District. Right on the Trolley Car route; easy access to restaurants, bars and shopping
Liked: Location.
Disliked: Bathroom not the cleanest. Hair on toilet and in shower.

Liked: Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed atNo parkingI asked where to park she told me to park my car in the parking lot. It will be 100% safe and then got robbed.
Disliked: Your staff was treated me like a loserForce me to park in the parking lot where my car got broken into thousands of dollars gone

Not bad, not great
Liked: The room was spacious and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is nice and is in walking distance to bars and restaurants.
Disliked: 1. Paying $23 to park my car when the parking lot isn't even gated nor valet was ridiculous. 2. The continental breakfast area was understaffed. They were completely out of coffee, all juices, and eggs during our visit, and there was still an hour left of breakfast. 3. Housekeeping left a QR code in our room to leave a tip; yet, there was a pistachio shell on the floor of our room upon arrival and we had hand soap in the shower instead of body wash.

Would not stay here again
Liked: Very clean and close to the t-mobile arena
Disliked: I completed and paid in full for my booking for 2 rooms on booking.com two months before my trip. When I arrived I was told that only one room was ready and had to wait for the second room. Waited around 3 hours. When I went to get the room key and check in for the second room the concierge proceeded to tell me they needed my credit card to pay for the room that I had already paid for. I showed my receipt from booking.com Still insisted because of some error in the system that I needed to pay again for the 2nd room. Was told the charges would “fall off” in 7-10 business days lol. Called after the charges still had not “fallen off” of my credit card. Was assured that a manager would call and take care of it the next day. Right. Never happened. Had to call my bank and let them deal with it.

Overall it was great.probably not...
Liked: Location was great. Balcony was wonderful.
Disliked: No hot water and light was out in the bathroom.

Great stay near the convention...
Liked: The staff here were phenomenal! To a person they were kind, warm, and welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean, and I always felt safe as a solo female. The train stops right in front!
