Disliked: The countdown sucked and I waited 3 hours for a cab when I was promised a ride home after the event. I even left early to find one but there was not one single cab available.

The BMO centre is very nice - there are lots of bathrooms, lots of entrances and I was really surprised that with that many people in there it didn't get too hot. It's a very impressive place, good job!
Liked: Security staff was amazing, not to mention polite and helpful! Messes were cleaned up promptly (and unfortunately there were many).

I was very impressed with the organization of our Christmas Party - with approximately 800 people, the line ups were quite quick and the staff were all very pleasant.

This is a mostly volunteer run event and the volunteers were awesome. Every time we asked a question, if they didn't know the answer they would point us to the person who did. Very well run event on the inside.
Liked: Other than the the negatives mentioned, I found it to be a great event. We had a very good time.
Disliked: I went to the 2012 Comi-con at the BMO Center. I would give this event a better rating except for the fact that they sold too many tickets. We went outside to get some fresh air and even though we had already been in the event we were not allowed back in because there were too many people inside. They should not have sold more tickets than the place could hold.
