This hotel is very run down, unclean, unappealing. The breakfast room was like a sauna, they ran out of cream for coffee and no where to put your dirty dishes. The ONLY good thing about it was the proximity to a train to the Saddledome. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Liked: The proximity to a train station, within walking distance.
Disliked: The breakfast and eating area.

Everything went well; at breakfast I was not really happy - they served eggs that were cold, so we needed to microwave them by ourselves. The elevator may need some service. But everything seems fine.

Liked: It was packed for New Year's Eve and the staff did a good job dealing with all the drunks.

Liked: The hotel was OK; not the best by a long way, but OK.
Disliked: I booked this hotel in Canada, the hotel is in Canada, so I was not happy to see that you charged me in US $ which caused an over charge of $13. We booked the room direct with the hotel for a second night and paid only $109, so you did us no favours whatsoever.

Please pass on my kudos to Joseph at the front desk. He was always helpful, answered my questions w/o fail, and helped to make my stay enjoyable. A good person to have at the front desk.
Liked: Clean; staff very nice and friendly
Disliked: Not enough cable TV stations; WiFi very slow and unreliable when the hotel is full; windows don't open.
