Liked: Beautiful clean and amazing hotel!!! Pool is exceptional!!!! And excellent service, food and drinks! Felt like a perfect little getaway! Will be back for sure! Highly recommend making a reso for the pool

Overall amazing with one annoying...

Liked: I loved the look and cleanliness of the room and place overall. The staff was great and accommodating.
Disliked: I didn’t like that there wasn’t any info in the rooms about anything. Only in room dining. My main issue was the pool process. I went with my kids, usually you can just go to the pool anytime. This you had to book, and others could book from outside the hotel. We called and they told us we’re 8th in line. You don’t want to hear that after a day a the zoo! She didn’t even ask if I was from the hotel, I heard while on hold that hotel guests get priority so I asked about that and she was like ‘well, are you a hotel guest?’ She got us up to 3rd in the line and we were in by 30min which was amazing…the pool atmosphere felt like Vegas. Very fun if you’re there with your partner or friends, not cool if you’re with your kids! When checking out though, I noticed some extra charges on my bill by the pool. Someone had charged another table to my credit card. Thankfully I noticed that and they changed it right away!!

Overall would stay here again...

Liked: The hotel itself and the pool area are very nice and it was great that underground parking was included in room rate.
Disliked: We stayed in a “ luxury king suite” however the room was pretty average for the price. The headboard and frame was quite worn and had a bunch of pieces hanging off and the toilet sounded like it was going to fall off anytime you sat down.

Liked: Love the location and the pool. The hotel staff are fun and friendly.
Disliked: The food at poolside was not great. I tried several dishes and they ranged between ok and pretty bad.
