Was staying at hotel and was informed about the fact that the hotel is no smoking, but there were no signs posted anywhere. I was threatened with police action against me if I did not pay a $250.00 fine that I was also unaware of.

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The rugs on the floor were damp thereby causing allergies for my toddler and 6 year old child. The staff didn’t clean the room properly during our stay.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Hotel emailed Approval Valet parking for my Harley with agreement I would be parking myself. When arriving, no one had a clue regarding the email. I was harrassed and told to move. Not a nice welcome. Other cars were able to unload luggage without a problem. Unfair customer service.

Nothing to do with the...

Liked: Nothing to do with the property - booking.com fumbled aggressively making the check in process over 2 hours long. It was so bad that I had to miss 2 meetings and a spa appointment to get it sorted. Never booking using this website again - the internal communication with the hotel is a nightmare. None of my payments made on booking.com were registered with the hotel.

Typical Marriott stay. Nothing special.

Liked: Breakfasts
Disliked: Netflix on TV which didn't work unless you had the no commercials package. Strange as worked in other hotels. Towels which were past their sell by date. Overall a typical Marriott. Only stayed there as our cycling tour company booked for end of tour and we added a night
