My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice overnight while in town for a music festival. As soon as you step through the doors, everyone is welcoming and trying to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We will continue to book here if we ever visit Calgary again.

Liked: Consistent.
Disliked: Nothing.

If I was attending another Epcor Centre event, I would consider staying at the Hyatt.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable; fitness centre was excellent; staff very helpful.
Disliked: $25 parking fee was hard to swallow. Where else am I going to park? You really have to charge guests?

Liked: Awesome hotel; great friendly staff!

Great place to stay to...

Liked: Location was great, centrally located. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us on our anniversary weekend. They met my request and then some extra to make my wife and I have a special weekend.
Disliked: The parking lot was full, but that was ok because the public parking garage was right across the street and it was a lot cheaper than the hotel garage. Very secure too. The elevator wait time was longer than expected, but it is a tall building, so not a big deal.

Liked: Accommodation was great, as was our catered Saturday dinner. We were at a dance event.
Disliked: The elevators were slow or some were not working,

Nice hotel but very noisy...

Liked: Staff was polite
Disliked: There was a salsa party going on all night and nobody in our room could sleep. Tried to call the front desk phone in room not working. The hotel competed our Breakfast and valet parking but it was not worth the lack of sleep.

Great stay and easy access...

Liked: It was old fashion but modernized. Two different set of elevators. The elevator to guest rooms is great. Different elevator for park ace, probably security reasons
Disliked: Rooms were nice and facility is great for location and conferences. Located on Stephen ave is great too
