My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice overnight while in town for a music festival. As soon as you step through the doors, everyone is welcoming and trying to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We will continue to book here if we ever visit Calgary again.

Liked: Consistent.
Disliked: Nothing.

If I was attending another Epcor Centre event, I would consider staying at the Hyatt.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable; fitness centre was excellent; staff very helpful.
Disliked: $25 parking fee was hard to swallow. Where else am I going to park? You really have to charge guests?

Great choice for a short...

Liked: Good sized room (two doubles), great sized bathroom. Friendly staff, especially at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious - it was included with our booking, which meant a plentiful credit to use on the a la carte menu.Pool, whirlpool/hot tub and steam room on 18th floor.Great location downtown

Fantastic

Liked: Everything except the ease of access to the hotel due to the multiple repairs going on in the city
Disliked: Difficulty accessing the hotel each time we go out

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. Clean, nice room and great location.
Disliked: We were quoted a price at 309 plus fees. When we arrived and paid, we were charged 450 dollars and had to pay for parking. The hidden fees were very frustrating. Just put it on the site.
