My fiance and I rented a gold room for the night. Upon arrival, we were met by incredibly courteous staff, who ensured everything we needed was available. The room itself was amazing and so comfortable. Upon checkout, everything was seamless and incredibly professional.

Liked: The room was exemplary; the staff were incredibly professional; the bed was superb and it was an overall wonderful experience and well worth the cost.
Disliked: This hotel has ruined all other hotels for me.

Disappointing as the location is...

Liked: The location is good and the bar area is great.
Disliked: The reception is very poor. The aircon was broken throughout the hotel and it was most uncomfortable to sleep. Our room was very large but the bathroom was minute with nowhere to put your toiletries, even the towels were in the bedside cupboard, not user friendly at all. Someone burst into our room without knocking in the morning, after staying there twice within a week we would not ever stay there again.

Very good other than pathetic...

Liked: The location is great, the room is very nice with really comfortable bed.
Disliked: Incredibly slow reception and then the room was not ready. We were not impressed that the parking was not included when you have paid a premium to stay in the hotel!

Very good all round.

Disliked: The hotel had a lot of wedding functions that night and it was noisy in our room. However, at midnight, the noise stopped which was good. Not exactly romantic.
